New themes

The appearance of new artistic themes in the decoration of manuscripts of Toros Roslin demonstrates how Armenian book painting was enriched with new subject- matters. These themes, first introduced into Armenian miniature by Toros Roslin, allow understanding the originality of his creative activity more profoundly and evaluating the high level of his mastery.
